Spread the Love, Hold the Ego
In 7th grade I got a flower delivery from a “secret admirer”. That one delivery may be to blame for my lifelong love of fresh flowers. The mystery of who sent them was equally as delightful as the flowers themselves! The gesture made me feel special, seen and loved.
While I did eventually find out who had sent them (shout out to R.E. from Branson Jr High!) the point is that here I am over 30 years later thinking about those flowers.
